1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms apply:

• "ha77" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino, sportsbook, and gaming platform operated at ha77.lat and all associated services, products, and content.
• "We," "Us," or "the Operator" refers to the company that owns and operates ha77.
• "You" or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ha77 platform.

• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Player using a supported payment method, or confirmed winnings converted from Bonus Funds after completion of applicable wagering requirements.

• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gambling in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ha77, creating an Account, making a deposit, or using any service offered on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional rules or policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to ha77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Operator. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any provision, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency arising from translation or interpretation in another language, the English-language version shall prevail.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to ha77 is restricted to persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, which is the minimum legal age for online gambling under PAGCOR regulations in the Philippines.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• You are not registering or using the Account on behalf of another person.

ha77 employs mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all registered players. Submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document — such as a UMID, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, or Passport — is required before the first withdrawal can be processed. Misrepresentation of age or identity is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player may register and maintain only one ha77 Account. The Operator reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and, in cases of deliberate circumvention, to permanently suspend all associated Accounts and forfeit balances therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your Account information if it changes. ha77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Ownership

ha77 Accounts are strictly personal. You may not transfer, sell, or allow another person to use your Account. Any winnings obtained through unauthorized Account use may be voided. Shared or household Accounts are not permitted — each person in a household wishing to use ha77 must register their own individual Account after independently satisfying all eligibility criteria.

4.4 Account Verification

ha77 may request identity verification at any point during the Account lifecycle, including but not limited to registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, when changes to Account details are requested, or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by ha77 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ha77 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify ha77 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

ha77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ha77 support immediately. ha77 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

You are encouraged to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) within your Account Security Settings. ha77 offers biometric login support for compatible mobile devices as an additional security measure.

6. Deposits & Payments

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

ha77 accepts deposits via the following channels: GCash, Maya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. All deposits are credited to your ha77 Wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). The Operator reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods without prior notice.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment channels are as specified on the ha77 Cashier page at the time of transaction.

6.3 Deposit Ownership

You confirm that all funds deposited into your ha77 Wallet are legitimately yours and are not derived from any illegal activity. ha77 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering checks on any account or transaction at its discretion and is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities.

6.4 Currency

All balances, bets, and winnings on ha77 are displayed and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

6.5 Deposit Responsibility

ha77 does not extend credit to players. You may only wager funds that are held in your ha77 Wallet. All deposits are voluntary. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits within their Account Settings as part of responsible gaming practice.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. ha77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be approved.

7.2 Processing Times

ha77 targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers are typically completed within 1–3 business hours; USDT TRC20 withdrawals are typically completed within 30–60 minutes subject to blockchain network conditions. Processing times are targets and not guarantees. Withdrawals requiring additional verification or risk review may take longer.

7.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. The minimum for bank transfers is ₱1,000. ha77 does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard blockchain network fees apply to cryptocurrency withdrawals and are borne by the Player.

7.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. They must be converted to Real Money Balance by satisfying the applicable wagering requirements. Any Real Money Balance derived from Bonus Funds is subject to the maximum withdrawal limits stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards offered by ha77 are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and expiry date will be stated in each promotion. Wagers placed on games excluded from bonus wagering do not count toward the requirement and may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds.

8.3 One Bonus at a Time

Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion. Opting into a new bonus while a previous one is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus. Players are responsible for reviewing active bonus status before depositing.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

ha77 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend an Account, if it determines at its reasonable discretion that a player has abused, exploited, or misused any promotional offer. This includes but is not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering with the intention of minimizing risk through pattern betting, and collusion with other players in bonus play.

8.5 Promotional Changes

ha77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions through their registered contact details or through an on-platform notification.

9. Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games offered on ha77 — including online slots, table games, live dealer games, and crash games — are provided by licensed third-party game providers using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment independently audited for fairness and compliance. ha77 does not operate or control the underlying game engines directly.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's screen and the result recorded on the game provider's server, the server-side result shall be considered final and authoritative.

Technical malfunctions or errors in any game will void the affected round, and all wagers placed on that round will be returned to the Player. ha77 is not liable for losses attributable to connectivity failures on the Player's end.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on ha77:

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Players who discover such issues must report them immediately to ha77 support and must not derive financial benefit from them.

• Providing fraudulent identity documents during KYC verification.
• Placing offsetting bets designed to artificially complete bonus wagering requirements without genuine game engagement.
• Acting in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward ha77 staff or other players.
• Accessing ha77 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• Registering multiple Accounts to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or avoid sanctions applied to another Account.

Violations of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities where warranted.

11. Responsible Gaming

ha77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides tools that allow Players to set personal limits and take breaks from gambling. Available tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable reminders that activate after a defined period of continuous gameplay.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary restriction of 24 hours to 6 weeks during which the Player cannot log in to or place bets on ha77.

12. Account Closure & Suspension

12.1 Closure by Player

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting ha77 customer support. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the Wallet at the time of closure will be paid out to the verified payment method on file, subject to any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

12.2 Suspension by ha77

ha77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its discretion, for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, discovery of underage use, or regulatory requirements. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, ha77 will notify the Player via their registered contact details. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the Account will be reinstated and any suspended funds released.

12.3 Forfeiture of Funds

In cases where an Account is closed or suspended due to confirmed breach of these Terms, ha77 reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds — subject to applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on ha77 — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from ha77 without the prior written consent of the Operator.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ha77 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

ha77 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

ha77 shall not be liable for losses arising from: disruption to internet services outside ha77's control; device or software failures on the Player's end; acts of God, force majeure, or regulatory intervention; or game results certified as correct by the game provider's server records.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws governing the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. Players in the Philippines access ha77 subject to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines to the extent applicable, including regulations issued by PAGCOR governing online gaming activities accessible within Philippine territory.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ha77's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to the competent jurisdiction as determined by the governing law applicable to the Operator.

16. Amendments to These Terms

ha77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered players will be notified of material changes via email to their registered address or through an in-platform notification. The amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.

Your continued use of ha77 following the notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.
